Behind the Bag: La Britana & El Encanto is owned by Juventino Mirón and has been in the family for more than 60 years. Juventino used to work at La Britana when he was younger. Later on he purchased it and today, La Britana and El Encanto are two of the 4 farms owned by him and his family. They are located in El Cerrito, Fraijanes at an altitude going from 4,400 to 5,000 feet. In total, between the four farms, they produce around 825 bags of green coffee.
